AJ, how long have you owned her, and where have you taken her? How does she sail? How is she for living aboard?

We have owned her about 3.5 years. Sadly we have only sailed her from Florida to Texas so can't give a very experienced report on her sailing ability. The sailing we did was mainly light wind and she seemed to do over half windspeed. She has thin hulls with long overhangs so she should sail quite well. We would have done better with a screacher or drifter. My wife and I lived aboard for about 1.5 years and found her quite comfortable. After 16 years of living aboard diffrent cats we built a house and lived in it for 1.5 years, I hated it and my wife loved it. Strange as I had to pry her of the boat to move into the house! She say's she wants a house and I've alway's wanted an open bridgedeck cat so we purchased a used canvas top Seawind 1000 and after taken a year or so to take her back to Texas we shall build another house. Going to put her with a broker in a week or so. Will take $105,000 before she goes to a broker.
