On August 26 I purchased 6 deck fittings from this shyster on eBay. On the 9th September I emailed to enquire if they had been sent out yet. They replied, my one and only reply from them, that they had been sent out on the 28th Aug.
I Started a Paypal claim, he gave Paypal a tracking No. a week later. Yesterday a 10 cent coin arrived in a tiny jiffy bag at my door under the auspices of this tracking number, fortunately I opened this in the presence of the postman, as he had commented that he thought it was an empty bag. I then had to change my Paypal claim to a not as described claim, who tell me to send the wrong item back. What a farce!

I must admit that my experience with this company is a bit different to yours. I have now ordered 3 times from them and each time the goods have arrived within a couple of days with no problem.
I think this business is being pretty small minded if they think they can get away with things like this anymore. The world is now a very small place with boards like this to name and shame. Its like running a restaurant, one recommendation from a good meal normally creates 5 new customers, a bad report loses 20+!!

Just an update on this sorry tale. Ebay/Paypal have refunded my money in full, still no response from this crook!!

Great result but the company did not resolve it and deserve to be shamed.
