SWIS service unavailable

Looks like the SWIS service is unavailable at the moment. The DNS isn't working. Its registered using the same machine for both nameservers which is incredibly bad. Simon - suggest you get some proper advice on the setup here, as you're taking money from people for a great service and being let down by the technical side.

But ns1 and ns2 are the same machine:

ns1.wyldwind.com has address 77.68.58.210
ns2.wyldwind.com has address 77.68.58.210

That machine doesn't seem to be answering DNS queries (though it is alive).

Anyway, once the problems are sorted, as a paying customer - I'm itching to know if the fog and rain is going to depart Fowey anytime soon! And nice settled weather next week when we're out at Scilly along with my moon on a stick please ;)

Sorry for the frustation Rick, one of our servers decided to spontaneously combust, hence the reason for the short outage.

Just to stress that no customers were charge for any SMS undelivered during the outage.

Unfortunately, I cannot bring the weather back online as quickly :)
