Default Does Size Matter? SV Panope tests a 55 lb Mantus M1 anchor

Steve of SV Panope answers the question with another excellent anchor testing video.
He tests a 55 lb Mantus M1 rollbar anchor using his standard procedures and usual substrates
Steve compiles and compares its 'weight normalized' performance with 15 previously tested 45 lb (20 kg) cadre of anchors.
There is a table presenting the normalized results near the end of the video.

I’ve always been under the impression that it’s mainly fluke area that gives holding power, not so much weight. Seems as if the 55lb Mantus has only marginally better holding than the 43lb Mantus, I’m guessing the fluke area is slightly larger on the 55 but the shaft is much heavier and beefier?
