Does it come with its own NERD tee shirt and an anorak ?

    Rusty,

    Thanks for the heads up.
Guess I just don't qualify for the T-shirt, anorak nor propellor hat,
Just can't any info/links on what this is and how it works.
Can get a link though to pay 38 bucks preorder.

    Any comments or help welcome,

Apparently my initial post is all the info available at this time.
I posted what I received in an email notification from Weatherflow, which is the same company as Sailflow, which I use and like.

I guess I'm geeky enough to order one as soon as the android version is available.

If any iPhone nerds jump in before that, please let me/us know what you experience with it.

There is a free app for Iphone called Wind Sensor - it uses the noise created by the wind over the mike to calculate windspeed and direction - surprisingly accurate when compared to my handheld. Does not like ambient noise like talking or engines running though.

    Cheers
    Hennie
